Any design, hand engraved on your signet ring as an elaborate monogram: £350.

Redrawn for your ring

These designs come from engravers' pattern books. Each is a starting point: our engraver redraws your chosen design to fit the face of your ring, keeping its character.

Cut by hand, in reverse

Every monogram is hand engraved by our master engraver, cut in reverse so it reads correctly when pressed into wax. Your ring comes with a wax impression.

Monogram and initial signet rings

A monogram signet ring carries your initials as a single design, hand engraved in reverse so it leaves a crisp impression in sealing wax. In a monogram the letters merge into one shape; in a cipher they are interlaced in flowing script and each letter stays readable. You will find both here, from the 1690s to the Edwardian era.

Initials in a traditional engraving-card style are £300, and an elaborate monogram from this collection is £350, on top of the ring. Choose a ready-to-order oval or cushion signet ring, or a bespoke ring in silver, gold or platinum, including a round face.

No family crest? A monogram is the traditional alternative, and just as at home on a signet ring. If your family does have one, search 24,000 family crests.
